As Horse & Groom® enters the pet grooming and pet wellbeing industry, we are proud to share our membership of the Pet Industry Federation (PIF).
The PIF is the membership association for specialists operating in the pet industry within the UK. Having been around for over 60 years the PIF has continuously sought to raise standards within the pet industry to ensure your pets receive the best care possible.
To be a member of the PIF you must agree to a Code of Conduct. Members must provide the highest quality of customer care and services, showing they care about your pet as much as you do.
Together the members of the PIF aim to raise the standards of the industry through qualifications, courses and training while committing to the code of conduct.
